• How does HeelTec™ Work?
HeelTec™ provides a protective barrier between the drivers shoe heel and the floor of the vehicle. The premise is if the shoe never comes in contact with the floor mat it can never be damaged.

• What types of shoes does HeelTec™ fit on?
HeelTec™ is primarily designed for men’s casual and dress shoes but will easily fit on all low cut athletic shoes (male or female), most quarter cut athletic shoes, women’s flats, and certain boots (Timberlands™, etc.).

• Will HeelTec™ mark the shoe?
HeelTec™ will only leave a light dust mark on the shoe when it needs to be cleaned. This dust mark can be easily removed with a wet wipe or damp rag. Proper hand cleaning prior to using HeelTec™ will greatly reduce the number of times it will need to be washed and will minimize possible staining of shoes.*Warning* If HeelTec™ is not properly cleaned it may result in a mark being left on the shoe where the elastic opening comes in contact with the shoe. Proper cleaning is essential.

• Can HeelTec™ be worn outside of the vehicle?
HeelTec™ is not to be worn outside of the vehicle because of the damage that can occur to the product from the abrasive concrete. The warranty is void if it is shown that the product was worn outside of the vehicle. HJD Technologies Inc. is not liable for injury incurred because HeelTec™ was worn outside of the vehicle.

• How do you clean HeelTec™?
HeelTec™ can easily be hand washed with a small amount of liquid laundry detergent in warm water. It is recommended that the elastic opening be treated with a stain remover (Shout™, etc.) prior to washing to further aid in cleaning of this area. If HeelTec™ is heavily soiled then the use of a toothbrush to aid in cleaning the elastic opening is recommended. After cleaning, HeelTec™ can be placed in the dryer for 15 minutes or left to air dry. Do not bleach.

• What are the terms of the 30 day money back guarantee warranty?
HeelTec™ is backed by a 30 day money back guarantee (minus S/H) that it will prevent scuffs and abrasions to your shoe heel while driving. HeelTec™ can be returned to HJD Technologies Inc. for a refund/credit if the 30 day warranty period from time of receipt has not expired. The warranty is void if it is shown that HeelTec™ has been worn outside of the vehicle and is damaged from concrete or asphalt abrasion.
